Culture beneath Nuremberg Castle

During the Second World War, Nuremberg's most treasured collection of art, hidden away in the bedrock cellars beneath the Imperial Castle, survived the shower of bombs undamaged. For several years now, there have been guided tours around the historic Art Bunker– 24 metres underground.
